With our
congregation’s increasing involvement with CRC, we will post notices
of their events and needs.
Below are recent updates as November 10th
from Angela
Kypriotis, Associate Director of CRC:
CRC is knee deep in
signing up families for the holidays- both Thanksgiving and the
holidays in December (all of them!). If you would like to be a
sponsor for a family, a senior, or a single adult/homeless
individual give Angela Kypriotis a call at 614.268.3539, ext. 225.
A big thanks to
Lend-A-Hand for the great pet food drive conducted last Saturday. CRC
can now feed the pets of the families we serve.
Upcoming Events
Mozart's annual
Holiday fundraiser-
note change of date from Dec. 6th
to Dec. 9th.
The new location for this event is at Immaculate Conception Church
from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 9th.
In addition to Mozart's other neighborhood restaurants are
co-sponsoring the event. The cost is $45 per person or $80 per
couple in advance or $50 per person at the door. Corporate tables
are also available at $1000 each for 8 seats. Call 614.268.3539 and
ask for Bill or Angela to find out more. All proceeds benefit CRC.
Items CRC is collecting
1. Turkeys,
turkeys, turkeys - CRC could use more turkeys, however, they have no
place to store them all until Thanksgiving so please drop them off
Monday November 22nd
between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Thanks! Any Thanksgiving food items
are welcome.
2. Hats, gloves, scarves, coats and socks (new or used).
3. Leaf bags for helping seniors rake their leaves.
Holiday Help
CRC
has enough
helpers for Thanksgiving week and now we need volunteers for
December- see dates and times and respond to Cindy.

else through CRC. Below are the things with which assistance is
